Percy, who is Mauritian, holds a Master’s in Food & Beverage Management from Lycée Charles de Gaulle (France) and a CAP & BEP in Hotel & Management from Lycée Privé St Joseph (France). He has more than 18 years’ experience in Hospitality Management and Food and Beverage Management.
He started his career in 2001 in Seychelles at Lemuria Resort of Praslin where he was employed as ‘Bar Supervisor’ till 2002.
He then occupied the position of ‘Banquet & Beverage Manager’ from 2003 to 2005 at Novotel (Accor Hotels World Trade Centre) in Dubai.
From 2005 till 2010, he worked successively as ‘Food & Beverages Manager’ at Coco Palm Dhunikholhu, Labriz Silhouette Resort and Spa, Hulhule Island Hotel (Maldives) and The Kairaba Gambia West Africa.
He then joined Constance Moofushi Resort in Maldives as ‘Director of F&B’ in February 2010, before coming back to Mauritius in November 2011 to join Lux* Le Morne as ‘EAM i/c F&B’, and was promoted as ‘Resident Manager’ in April 2015.
In March 2018, he moved to Canada and joined the Royal St Lawrence Private Yatch Club & Resort as ‘Operations Director’ then in April 2019, he joined Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu (Quebec) as ‘Director of F&B’.
He came back to Mauritius in June 2020 and joined Veranda Pointe aux Biches as ‘Hotel Manager’.
