Main Responsibilities:

  • Welcome Guests upon arrival
  • Ensure efficient and effective car / shuttle service
  • Fetch and distribute incoming and outgoing mail for guests and internal messages and memos
  • Fetch and drop Guests as and when required
  • Ensure cold towel service upon Guest arrival
  • Ensure efficient use of materials to minimise costs
  • Ensure hotels’ vehicles are properly maintained parked and in good running condition

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Theoretical knowledge (Form III) and/or prior professional experience
  • Driving licence is a must
  • 3 Years experience in hospitality industry
  • Fluent in English and French
