Front Office Executive

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate & supervise activities in his/her department
  • Act as a coach
  • Ensure that on the job training is conducted on a regular basis
  • Ensure that respective team projects a warm, professional and welcome image
  • Establish and maintain effective interpersonal relations and takes active interest in the welfare, safety & development of Team Members
  • Interact regularly with guest to obtain feedbacks for improvement
  • Ensure that the percentage of Guest questionnaire filled in are as per objectives set
  • Follow up of the Department Budget on a monthly basis
  • Manage Roster
  • Manage Rooms allocation
  • Ensure that invoices to Guests are accurate
  • Manage cash float
  • Receive report on rooms allocated to TO from Head Office and plans allocation accordingly
  • Ensure respective Team Members are operating as per Quality Management System
  • Ensure respective Team Members are operating as per S&H regulations and policies
  • Maintain good housekeeping in his / her Department
  • Check list of arrivals, departures and billing of guests to ensure correct inputs
  • Adherence to the legal provisions in drawing up work schedule

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Diploma in hospitality / tourism management or any other acceptable qualifications
  • At least 5 years work-related experience in front office operation with at least 3 years in a supervisory position and strong familiarity with hotel management system
  • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken, a third language would be an advantage
