Main Responsibilities:

  • Gives relevant and up-to-date information to guests
  • Ensure high level of quality services are delivered to guests at all times
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Handle and monitor of guests complaints and the relevant follow up action required
  • Inform guests about the marine environment and its protection
  • Focus on guests’ security and provide immediate assistance when in difficulty
  • Assist superiors in carrying out the daily/monthly inventory of all items found in the department
  • Ensure proper billing of sports activities
  • Report any breakages, defects, loss of operating equipments and accessories to Superior
  • Participate in Eco Standard/Sustainable Responsibility set by the hotel
  • Attend daily briefings in his/her department
  • Ensure effective and efficient organisation of respective activities
  • Follow-up of all procedures as per SOP
  • Respect health and safety procedures
  • Prepare boathouse equipment and material
  • Remove boats after closing of boathouse and arranges in their respective places
  • Consult with immediate superior about organisational aspects of special events being planned
  • Contact superiors/Duty Manager immediately in case of injuries or sickness during Boathouse activities

Candidate’s Profile:

  • SC level or equivalent, professional training and experience
  • Valid Skipper License is a must
  • Strong knowledge in handling a boat, maintenance and repair
  • Fluent both in English and French
